After passing his M.S.(Ophthalmology) with Gold medal Dr. Tejas D. Mehta immediately joined Santaram Natra Chikistsaly, Nadiad for six months having average 700 patients OPD & 60 surgeries per day. He has done about 3000 surgeries there. Then he did his fellowship in Phaco, Glaucoma & Retina for one year. After that he joined LKSVP Eye Institute, Ognaj having average OPD of 500 patients per day & 50 surgeries per day. He worked as a consultant for 2 years there. He also trained other eye surgeons for Phaco surgery in Ognaj. He has successfully completed more than 20000 ophthalmic surgeries. Just now he is having on state of art Eye Hospital named Shree Hari Clinic in Satellite area” A final destination for complete eye care.”
