Sushma Jain, a scholar of Convent of Jesus and Mary who graduated with Masters in Psychology with first class from the Agra University in 1980. As a student, she had an unparalleled academic record, received several national scholarships, and was awarded the honour of best speaker in English by the Ministry of Broadcasting India.
After her marriage in 1982, leaving her career to rest, she onset on to a new journey - being a homemaker and a mother of two, for a couple decades. In the year 2000, she joined Dr. Ratna Bilwani at Better We as a psychologist. Mrs. Jain assisted Dr. Bilwani and managed the clinic for the next sixteen years until the sad demise of Dr. Bilwani.
